Meeting Sunday to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. are (from left) Jesse O. Richards Jr., first vice-president; Maurice Prevost, president, and Dr. C.C. Haydel, charter member. The local members, under the Sigma Lamda Chapter, observed the event with a dance at the Laborer's Union Hall, Annunciation and Soniat. Dr. Alvin J.
