Per S. Midboe, New Orleans marine engineer, right, was presented with a medal from the king of Norway by Consul George Collin, Norway consul-general in New Orleans. Collin said the award was "in recognition of the outstanding work done for Norwegian shipping interests in the Gulf Coast area."
