Standing, left to right, are J.R. martin, car agent of the Missouri Pacific Railroad; Fred J. DeBen, president of the Traffic Club of New Orleans, and J.M. Clark, district freight representative of the B&O. Seated, left to right, are J.S. Mason, general agent of the 3 Wabash Railroad; Mr. Menke and H.J. Schulingkamp, district freight sales manager of the New York Central Railroad.
