1949 Press Photo Clarence Molinari sworn in as Special Investigator- Gambling

Sergeant Clarence Molinari (right) of the New Orleans Police Department, was sworn in today as special investigator for District Attorney Racivitech (left). He will look into reported gambling activities in the city, according to the District Attorney. On hand when Molinari was sworn in was Theophile Landry, Sixth Ward co-leader of the Crecent City Democratic Association. He commended Molinari "because of his competence to make all types of investigations and his knowledge of the inner working of the police department."
