Fair Grounds general manager Gar F. Moore, left, is shown here with track president John S. Letellier after being elected to the corporation's board of directors. Moore joined the Fair Grounds in 1946 as director of public relations. He became general manager in 1956. Letellier admires a director's lapel pin presented to Moore at a luncheon yesterday at Moran's.
