A proposal that the American Diabetic Association modify its standard diet to include unsaturated fat usage was recommended Tuesday by Dr. Charles Moore. Dr. Moore, of Foundation Hospital, spoke at a graduate diet therapy institute for dietitians at Veterans Hospital. His topic was "Controlling the Diabetic to Help Prevent Atherosclerosis."
