Looking over some of the 3,476 signatures obtained at Tulane University in support of United States policy in Vietnam are the three leaders of the drive. From left are Henry L. Mason, head of the Political Science Department of the College of Arts and Sciences; Philip Okin, a sophomore in political science; and Garland P. Campbell, a graduate student in political science. The signatures were obtained from students and members of the faculty and staff.
