Capping more than three months of intensive undercover work, police and federal agents in 30 raids Friday arrested at least 41 persons in New Orleans and Jefferson parish on gambling charges. Four of those arrested were booked on federal charges, in addition to state charges. Bond for each was set at $1,000 by United States Commissioner Fritz Windhorst.
