Mrs. Henry J. Mayer was elected president of the Junior Philharmonic Society at a meeting Thursday in the Pontchartrain hotel. Other new officers include Mrs. Arthur F. Felt Jr., vice-president; Mrs. Louis Dutrey, recording secretary; Mrs. Clifford E. Tucker, corresponding secretary, and Miss Minnette Starts, treasurer.
