Displaying their Loretta Bayer Memorial silver trophies presented Sunday at Awards Day ceremonies at Mercy Hospital are three Mercy Golden Girls who received the top honor. At left is Sister Mary Rosalie, R.S.M., who gave the awards. Golden Girl volunteers (from left) are Miss Norma Garcia, who won first place with 290 hours of service; Miss Maureen Staub, second with 162 hours, and Miss Virginia Leidinger, third, with 139 hours. Principal speaker at the event was Sister Mary Donald, R.S.M., director of nursing.
