Governor John J. McKeithen told The Times-Picayune Tuesday night that one of the largest corporations in the United States has decided to invest one-half billion dollars in the New Orleans area. The governor said he was unable to give the name of the corporation at this time but said an announcement would be made in the near future. Governor John J.
