Victor Lota was installed president of the New Orleans Chapter of the Financial Executives Institute on Tuesday evening at the Roosevelt Hotel. Other officers installed were W. Lawrence Chapman, first vice-president; T.A. Hamby Junior, second vice-president; and Talton Thomas, secretary-treasurer.
