Paul G. Koht (right) Norwegian ambassador to the United States, was greeted by Heige J. Lelkvang, Norwegian consul-general, upon his arrival in New Orleans Tuesday. The ambassador will pay an official call on Mayor deLesseps S. Morrison at City Hall Wednesday. He said he and his wife want to see the French Quarter and some of the city's old homes.
