Two students of Louisiana State University in New Orleans present a resolution to Vice-Present Hubert Humphrey on behalf of more than 2,000 fellow students declaring support for U.S. policy in Viet Nam. Michael McNulty (center) and Michael J. Kettenring had Humphrey the resolution at the airport shortly after his arrival.
