Nineteen burglaries of Carrollton homes and many cases of smashed windshields and other vandalism - extending over a two-month period - were reported solved Monday with five arrests. Four black teenagers and a white grocery store operator, who was described as a fence for some stolen property, have been picked up. Patrolman Albert J. Hoffman & Patrolman John J. Meyer Jr. show loot taken in robberies.
