Chatting Thursday morning at Le Pavillon Hotel before a public seminar dealing with the no-fault concept of automobile insurance are (from left) Dr. William T. Hold, research director for the National Association of Independent Insurors; Lindsey Cowen, dean of the University of Georgia School of Law; August A. Van Jr. of New Orleans, host of the seminar and president of the Deep South Chapter of the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters, and David J. Lane, co-author of the "Massachusetts Plan" of modified no-fault insurance. The seminar was sponsored by the CPCU.
