Description
Most Dangerous Soviet agent in Norway is Gotfred Hoelvold, 45, according to Norwegian military men. He is working as a $115 a month clerk in Kirkenes, Norway, four miles from the Russian border. Hoelvold leads a block of eight Reds in the 28-man town council, and edits the only newspaper in Kirkenes. He pulls the party strings throughout the 18,000 square miles of Finnmark province.
