Twining Jr., manager of the Air Reduction Sales Co., which began construction today of an $8 million plant near NASA's rocket booster production center at Michoud. Ground Broken For $8 Million Michoud Plant. City and state officials joined today in ground-breaking for an $8 million liquid oxygen-nitrogen plant at Michoud, termed the largest air separation facility in the world.
