Description
William K. Hinds, head of the Veterans Administration center and hospital in Jackson, Mississippi, has been transferred to Shreveport, Louisiana, to direct activities of VA facilities there. A native of Booneville, Mississippi, Hinds formerly served as business manager of the Shreveport Charity hospital and has headed the Jackson VA office since 1951.
