Bikerider of the Week. Billy Firmin, with his 3-month-old pup, "Tiny." Nine-year-old Billy Firmin of 1993 Marine Parkway won this week's title of Bicycle Rider of the Week. Billy, a fifth grader at the Holy Rosary School, was selected by Captain William Walker of the Police Department Juvenile Bureau. Shown here with his three-month-old puppy, Tiny, Billy is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Curry J. Firmin. Billy's bike license is No. 4589.
