Miss Vicki Fisk Winning beauty. Miss Greater New Orleans of 1968 was runner-up in last year's competition, but through a lucky break, wore the crown most of the year. It happened when the 1967 winner, Genevieve del Gallo, won the Miss Louisiana contest and had to relinquish her title to the runner-up in order represent the state as Miss Louisiana.
