Description
This is Lieutenant Colonel John Brooke England, in whose memory the Alexandria Air Force Base will be dedicated Thursday. Colonel England, former commander of the 389th Fighter Bomber Squadron of the Alexandria base, was killed in a plane crash in France last November while on temporary duty as part of the tactical commitment to NATO.
