A dead man's voice was on these recordings which Detective Edward Gipson (left) and Allen Dupre are shown checking Friday at 618-620 S. Rampart, after Julius Udie Herzog, 8020 St. Charles, killed himself and left a note saying that the recordings would explain his reasons.
