George B. Doane, Jr. (left), technical advisor for the bureau of industrial conservation, automobile graveyard section, WPR, and F. Monroe Alleman, liaison officer of the conservation division, WPB, were in New Orleans Tuesday to arrange a program for kepping jalopies rolling to automobile graveyards.
