Description
William "Bill" Coci - no 10-gallon hat for him. No horse, no guns, Coci is a modern sheriff. "Hey Pop. Now that you're the sheriff, are you going to wear a ten-gallon hat, six guns and ride a horse like the sheriff on television?" This was a bright-eyed typical American boy of seven talking. His name: Steven Coci. The man to whom he has posed the question: his dad - Willaim S. Coci, 42-year-old attorney, who had just smashed the 28-year reign of Frank Clancy as political kingpin of Jefferson Parish.
