Archbishop Philip M. Hannan told Loyola's 1966 graduating class Tuesday night that it is the United States' responsibility to use its scientific and technological advancements for the good of mankind. If these advancements are responsibly used, he said, it will "save the soul for all mankind" because even atheistic Communist countries are showing spiritual distress. Gary F.
