Receiving a decoration from the Italian government Friday night is Charles Nutter (left), managing director of International House. Dr. Alfredo Trinchieri, consul general for Italy in New Orleans, presented the award, "Italian Star of Solidarity," in ceremonies held here aboard the ship Monbaldo.
