A new learning system that knocks out barriers between the first, second and third grades is one of the promising trends in the revolution sweeping the American school, a New Orleans educator said here today. Doctor Julianna L. Boudreaux, director of the Department of Kindergarten - Primary Education for New Orleans Public Schools, said the non-graded primary unit is one of the subjects likely to be discussed at the annual conference of the South Central District Association of Elementary School Principals.
