Lieutenant Colonel Richard V. Hale, a native of Oklahoma will retire from the Army at the end of May with 20 years of active duty. His last military assignment was as Chief, Cargo Operations Division, U.S. Army Terminal Command, Gulf, here. He is the son of Mrs. R.E. Hale of Ray, Arizona. (His father is deceased).
