Description
United States destroyers and the carrier Randolph, center background, lie at anchor in the calm waters of the U.S. Naval base at Guantanamo Bay at the eastern tip of Cuba Sunday. The following day, May Day, Raul Castro, brother of the island's dictator, spoke at a rally at nearby Santiago de Cuba, largest city in eastern Cuba.
