Cronvich presents special awards to Lloyd Willis and Robert Vital Jr. for the rescue of Yvonne Shelton, 38, 6104 Jean, whose car had plunged into the Veterans Highway canal January 20. Deputy Donald Reggio, who helped save the trapped woman was also cited by Cronvich during ceremonies at the new Gretna courthouse honoring graduating members of the Sheriff's Cadet Class No. Three.
