Eighty-three persons received pins and certificates of membership in Scottish Rite Masonry Saturday night at the final ceremonies of the Grand Consistory of Louisiana's sesquicentennial celebration. Scottish Rite Mason from throughout the state gathered at the Scottish Rite Temple at 619 Carondelet Street for the final final recognition of 1963 as the consistory's 150th year. Receiving a pin and certificate of 32-degree Scottish Rite Masonry is Nicholas G. Koutroulis (left). Presenting the awards Saturday night are Arthur E. Wilson, grand master of the Grand Consistory of Louisiana (center), and Frank J. Vicari, grand prior.
