M. T. Woodward Jr. protests rezoning. The City Council today approved a zoning change that will allow St. Mary's Dominican College to expand its uptown campus, both on the present site and into another square. The vote, upholding the recommendations of the City Planning Commission, was 7 to 0. Sister Mary Louise, president of the college, called the action a "vote of confidence for higher education."
