Description
David Charbonnet, 9 years, kicks rags around under the rising waters of the Pearl River at the end of Indian Village road near Slidell. The road is usually dry up to the trees at the upper left of the photograph. According to forecasters,t he river will continue to rise in St. Tammany Parish over the next few days.
