Description
Tabernacle as for right of the main altar (but in direct line with) 20' wide by 27' high wood and a clear glass screen that separates a small chapel from the main sanctuary. The purpose of this small chapel is for private individual prayer and quiet meditation. There is no altar in the chapel, but through the glass wall, visual contact is maintained with Tabernacle containing Blessed Sacrament (presence of Christ). Sanctuary lamp (hangs from the ceiling) marks a place of Tabernacle. The walk outside leads to a chapel which is open day and night and can be locked off from the main church. The Cry room for small babies is behind the chapel.

Photo is dated 1969.

Photo measures 8 x 10.25 inches.
