Description
The world won't have to worry about where its next blackened redfish is coming from if a research project at Grand Terre is successful. If state residents can raise crawfish and catfish in ponds, then maybe they can raise the delectable redfish as well, according to William R. Wolters, an assistant professor of fisheries at Louisiana State University. Glenn Thomas, a phd student at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge holds a redfish the size he and Dr. William Wolters hope to breed in the ponds behind him on Grand Terre.
