The Reforma Portuaria, an 85-foot tug-fireboat, gets the traditional champagne christening from its sponsor, Sra. Luz del Alba Iza de Chazzaro, wife of Vice Adm. Ricardo Chazaro, secretary of the Mexican Navy. After the ceremonies, the vessel departed for Mexico.
