Flooded Road in New Orleans, Louisiana. An example of improper grading is found here in the 2100 block of Treasure. The lots are as low as the street, and in many instances lower, and there is no drainage ditch or gutter. A catch basin without a ditch leading to it, also no pipes under bridge.
