Knights Commander Court of Honor Investiture Ceremony. Present for the Investiture Ceremony of newly designated Knights Commander Court of Honour held Friday night at the Scottish Rite Temple were L.V. Noles (left), grand master of Masons in Louisiana; Fred Clark, sovereign inspector general of Alabama; Luther A. Smith, sovereign grand commander of the supreme council; Dee A. Strickland, sovereign grand inspector in Louisiana, and U.S. Rep. Otto Passman. Dee. A. Strickland, sovereign grand inspector general in Louisiana of the Supreme Council Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, opened the Ceremonial of Investiture for Knights Commander Court of Honour for the state of Louisiana on Friday night at the Scottish Rite Temple, 619 Carondelet. Present at the ceremony were L.V. Noles, Ringgold, Louisiana, grand master of Masons in Louisiana; Luther A. Smith, sovereign grand commander of the Supreme Council, Washington, D.C.; U.S. Representative Otto Passman, Monroe, Louisiana, and Fred Clark, sovereign inspector general in Alabama.
