New Orleans Post Office Sedans. Being readied to go into operation in the local special delivery fleet Thursday are these 21 new sedans just received by the New Orleans Post Office. The sedans will replace the right-hand drive trucks presently being used by the special delivery unit. Postmaster A. Frank Fairley said the big advantage to special delivery is that such mail is delivered the same day it arrives in New Orleans, provided it gets to the unit before 9 p.m.
