American Cancer Society - Booth Dedication, New Orleans. The Greater New Orleans Area Unit of the American Cancer Society has launched its booth campaign. Dedicating one of the booths, at Canal and Baronne are, from left, Bernard Klotz, booth vice-chairman; Mrs. Josephine West, of the Telephone Pioneers Life Members Club, who were in charge of the booth yesterday; Richard Baumbach, vice-chairman of the unit's crusade, and Edward Poitevent, unit president. The crusaders are asking for funds and giving out pamphlets that contain the seven warning signals of cancers.
