New Orleans Police - Officer William Goines and Dog Chad. New Orleans Police officer William Goines gives his K-9 dog Chad a little help to climb into an abandoned apartment in the Fischer Housing Project on Monday. Officer Goines and Chad were called in to assist other NOPD officers and Gretna Police Department in searching for a suspect who had been chased into the project in Algiers after committing an armed robbery at Shoe Town in Gretna. Chad and the others were unable to find the suspect.
