Dr. Victor B. Stassi, right, and his attorney, Matthew S. Braniff, are shown leaving the office of District Attorney Charles A. Byrne, upon whom they called Monday to present evidence that the state law against operation of handbooks on race horses is being violated here. Since the district attorney was not in and Dr. Stassi could not wait, they said they would return today.
