Integrated tow Harry Truman, owned by Federal Barge Lines, moves upstream past the Alenquer of Lisbon, Portugal and another unidentified ship. Corps of Engineers has job of maintaining nation's waterways; makes possible ports such as New Orleans to serve nation's industry and commerce. Waterborne Traffic, Mississippi.
