Description
Two State Officers of the Louisiana Oil Marketers Association stop to inspect an Oil Industry Information Committee exhibit set up during the association's state convention in New Orleans May 13-14. At left is Curtis Parker, Shreveport, retiring president, and C.J. Dufau, New Orleans, first district director. The Oil Industry Information Committee is the public relations department of the American Petroleum Institute, national trade association of oil companies. Some 170 Louisiana oil marketers and their wives attended the 2-day meeting in the Roosevelt hotel. Dufau will be featured by the American Petroleum Institute in one of a series of advertisements in oil trade magazines on outstanding oil jobbers in the nation. --- Oil Progress Week
