Braud LeMoyne has knocked on many doors in many cities in his 40 years as a room service waiter. He served breakfast in bed to three Presidents, the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, and such stars as Barbara Hutton, Ginger Rogers and Marlene Dietrich. None of those hotel guests frazzled his nerves, but he's not quite as calm waiting on the hotel's top executives. But, Presidents? "They're easy to work for," he says. His recollection of Nixon. "Nicer than Bing Crosby."
