Members of the Krewe of Argus joyously toss out doubloons at groundbreaking for their den in Algiers. The Carnival organization, which had its first ball two months ago, will have its first parade in East Jefferson on Mardi Gras, 1974. The first parade, with 20 floats, will have "Aesop's Fables" as its theme. From left are Patton B. Tunstall, parade marshal; Clifton E.
