Mrs. Adam F. Jochim Jr. was elected chairman of the Federated Council of New Orleans Garden Clubs at a meeting Friday at Reuter Seed Company's Ivy room, 320 North Carrollton Avenue. Other new officers are Mrs. N.M. Bennett, first vice chairman; Mrs. Pascal Glaviano, second vice chairman; Mrs. Louis Ruello, third vice chairman; Miss Kathleen Sins, recording secretary; Mrs. Milton Borel, corresponding secretary; and Mrs. Hugh Humphrey Jr., treasurer.
