Award which went to the 446th Tactical Airlift Wing as the Air Force Association's outstanding Air Force Reserve flying wing is held by Col. William G. Hathaway (left), wing commander, and Col. Hilliard F. Kelly, commander of the 926th at Callender, a member of the 44th TAW. The 926th is one of the first two groups in the Air Force Reserve to convert to the C-130 aircraft. The trophy was presented at the AFA national convention in Washington, D.C.
