Instant sweet potatoes, a food product developed in New Orleans, were featured Thursday at International House's Harvest Festival Night display. "Just add hot water, stir and wait 60 seconds," explained Mrs. Rita May Bolen and Mrs. Betty Miller, representatives of Southern Utilization, Research and Development division, U.S. department of agriculture.
